Meticulously handcrafted by Micah Holstein, Senior Apprentice at the renowned Galloup School in Big Rapids, Michigan, this Alliance A-FS 000 Spruce/Curly Mahogany 000 acoustic guitar is among the first of the Galloup School's apprentice-built Alliance instruments, with all proceeds directly supporting luthiers as their careers develop.
With an instantly familiar 1 11/16" nut width and responsive 25.4" scale length across a smooth ebony fingerboard, this Alliance 000 absolutely sings with hand-scalloped bracing and an audibly intonated, resonant top.
While Galloup's Alliance instruments are intentionally minimal in their appearance, this A-FS 000 has an undeniable visual appeal with figured curly mahogany back and sides, mahogany binding, and a tasteful Deco-inspired soundhole rosette and headplate, making this one of the best acoustic guitars that money can buy.
Includes deluxe fitted hard case.
All instruments from the Old Town School Music Store are professionally evaluated in our climate-controlled storefront before shipping, and directly support the missions, programs, and continued growth of the Old Town School of Folk Music.
