Only the Koa wood with the most beautiful natural figuring is selected by our Kala Elite USA Ukulele builders to become an All-Solid Gloss Hawaiian Koa Ukulele. This wood is further paired with an Ebony fretboard, bridge, and Maple binding for elegant contrast. Offered in Concert, Tenor, and Tenor XL.
Our Tenor XL models come with a longer neck and have a longer body and a wider lower bout than our traditional Tenor ukulele. The longer neck has a 19” scale length and better fits the wider lower bout and longer body of the Tenor XL. The Tenor XL has a deeper and warmer sound and resonance due to its increased lower bout size.
Each All-Solid Gloss Hawaiian Koa Elite model comes in a custom Olive Tweed case with a plush interior and a Music Nomad Ukulele Humidifier.
