A ¾ scale nylon string acoustic guitar, with a soft, padded backpack case.
Recommended for older children, age 8-13, depending on height. We also recommend purchasing a strap, clip-on tuner, and some picks to make sure you’re fully equipped for class.
Fractional guitars are shorter from end to end, meaning frets are closer together for smaller hands, and everything else is scaled down for little bodies as well. They use nylon strings, the lowest three wound with silver. These strings have a lower tension that is easier to play for children who are first learning. All laminate wood, making it durable and easy to maintain for the duration of your rental.
